Geek and gaming culture can be an important piece of one's identity. In this space your therapist understands and welcomes that part of you. Here, you can work on the healthy balance of gaming in your life, or simply explore how your identity has been formed by geek and gaming culture. Games, superheroes, anime, music, art, and pop culture are used in this therapeutic space as another medium to work on your mental health. At times, we may also indulge in your fantasy world to better understand the inner parts of you and your world. We have experience working with esports players, streamers, game developers, and influencers.
